Torringford Farms Association, Inc. is a planned unit development located in the scenic, tranquil hills of Litchfield County, Connecticut. Established in 1989, our community consists of 71 home sites offering a variety of styles and sizes to fit the needs of any family. Enjoy our open areas throughout the development for outdoor recreation and a family-oriented, peaceful ambience.
The following streets make up Torrington Farms Association, Inc.: Trotters Way, Cantor Lane, Hitchingpost Drive, Bridle Circle and Ascot Lane up to and including #30. Addresses higher than #30 on Ascot Lane and all homes on Chatham Lane are part of Torringford Farms II.
Homeowners volunteer to work as board members to make our community a great place to live.
2025 Board:
Wayne Albrecht, President
Joe Brzoska, Treasurer
Brian Bartholomew, Secretary
Eric Donovan, Director
Schedule of Board meetings and how to attend them is located on the Board Meetings/Minutes page.
We hold a number of events throughout the year designed to build a sense of community, and we hope that homeowners will attend and participate in them. For example, we hire a police presence at our front entrance for Halloween for the safety of our children; we hold a Fall festival at our Sports Field; we have an annual holiday tree lighting event at our Pond; and there are many volunteer events throughout the year to help with beautification of the community.
If you are a homeowner and are interested in becoming a volunteer on the Recreation Committee to work on community events, please contact Courtney Leblanc, Assistant Manager, REI, 203-744-8400, ext. 158, Cleblanc@rei-pm.net.
