REMINDER - RULES ON DISPOSAL OF TRASH AND USE OF TRASH BINS

All trash, garbage, rubbish, recyclables, or other refuse generated by Unit owners must be deposited in appropriate trash and recyclable containers. Littering of any kind is prohibited. (Section 3.2)

No storage of trash, garbage, rubbish, recyclables, or other refuse is permitted in or outside any Unit in such manner as to permit the spread of fire or encouragement of vermin or insects. Containers for trash, garbage, rubbish, recyclables, or other refuse may be placed within the garage of the Unit or the rear or side of the dwelling in such a manner that is neat and orderly. (Section 1.4)

The trash and recyclable containers must be returned to storage in the Unit by the morning following the scheduled trash pick-up day. (Section 5.1). 

Since our pick-up day is Mondays, all containers must be returned to storage within the garage of the Unit or the rear or side of dwelling by Tuesday mornings.
